Staircase Stairs types
This will be quite a decision as it will be part of the main entrance & needs to have some style, but also doesn't want to be to fussy that it will be a pain to paint or a pain to keep clean. It should also match the front & internal doors.
So the choice will quite likely be along a contemporary design with possibly wood &  stainless steel fittings & end caps. 
Open stairs can give a nice open fell, but i think the hall will be large enough to not worry about this. Spiral is nice, but can be a pain with building regs & getting furniture up stairs unless a trap is installed.
The helical is a great stile, but i can imagine very excessive & bespoke.
